Located in northeast Fort Lauderdale, between Sunrise and Commercial Boulevards, Coral Ridge is a desirable neighborhood due to its large single family lot sizes (typically 10,000sf) and close proximity to the beach. The neighborhood consists of mostly single-family homes with exceptions to a pockets of new construction townhouses as well as condos that can be found on the finger canals and around the Coral Ridge Country Club Golf Course. The Coral Ridge Country Club is a private club and is one of the few golf courses in eastern Fort Lauderdale.
